We have been consumed with dance shows including So you think you can dance, America’s best dance crew, and Dancing with the stars. Abdc has reached its finale and for the first time one of the dance crews were undeserving of making it. The final two crews do consist of three women and three men in one and the other is all women. You wonder if this is really fixed. Last season an all girl group made it and they lost agains an all guy group. I guess abdc wants to say this time women won it.

Dancing with the stars and So you think you can dance have just started their new season and will continue to be successful with a great choice of personalities and talent.

On Big Brother, Jeff was a shoe in for the final four. However, Natalie and Kevin teamed up and schemed a story about Russell to make Jeff question what was really going on. He turned against his new partner in the game who could have gotten him to final four and booted him out by back dooring him willingly. Russell admitted he would have done the same if given a chance, but he would have waited until final four. Jeff didn’t and found himself to be the next one out. Natalie and Kevin are in control this week with Natalie being HOH and Kevin winning POV. Both are definitely in final three and will probably end up in final two if they decide to keep Jordan. Kevin doesn’t know if he should remove Jordan or Michelle since he has a better chance to beat Michelle with the votes in the jury house than against Jordan or Natalie. Therefoer, he has recently decided to pair up with Michelle. Nevertheless, Kevin will do as Natalie says and will end up against her most likely. I hope Michelle stays and wins HOH to boot out Natalie. Then it will be an ok season. No one likes Natalie and no one wants to see her get close to the money. She don’t deserve and she is one of the most annoying players this season.

Jeff was voted by the viewing audience of Big Brother to have a special power this week to put up two people he wanted even if he wasn’t HOH. No one knew he had the power until he announced it tonight. One of the best moves of the show occurred when Jesse and BFF Natalie were both put up. Everyone was sick of seeing them get away with never being nominated and just sitting on the sidelines deciding their next move.

I don’t dislike Jesse but he develops an alliance with the wrong people. Russell was someone I didn’t care for much in the beginning of the show but i have learned to like him a lot throughout this process. He is a manipulator and proud of it. He works everyone in the show and knows who he needs to use and who he needs to get voted out. He was up against Lydia this week and Jeff used his power to replace the both of them with Jesse and Natalie. Absolutely beautiful. Even the live crowd outside the doors of the BB house were cheering. It was great. With a vote 3 to 2 Jesse was voted out and Chima the queen dive was ticked off. I can’t wait to see her go next. Her laugh and her horrible hair has gotten on my last nerve.

I would like to see Jeff and Jordan make it to the final two. Michelle is the current HOH and I predict she will put up Russell and Jeff or Jeff and Jordan with an influence from Chima.

I was shocked when I heard the news about Michael Jackson. I can’t say I was a big fan for many years, but I certainly due respect his work and respect what he has done for the music industry. After all, I was around during the 80’s and was able to appreciate the incredible artistry he gave to music and dance as well as videos. His legacy will live on and he will definitely be remembered for many years to come.

No one can forget a true genius and Michael Jackson was certainly that. I feel sorry for him in his latter years and his children that were left behind without any real parents. Such a sad life is set forth for these kids and I can only pray for the best for them. Who is going to raise them? Will they wonder who their real parents are and will they miss or wonder what ever happened to their biological parents and the man that raised them? This is a very sad passing and tremendously an end of an era. RIP

So you think you can dance premiered last week. They have their pick of their top 20 and they will perform next week. This year’s selection looks good with many of them being able to dance a variety of styles. One in particular stood out. He reminds me a lot of last year’s winner with his muscles and stamina, but his style of dance is much more graceful. It will be interesting to see how this new crop of dancers end up developing throughout the season. They are already beginning the process of casting for next season as well.

It is between Adam and Kris. It should have been between Adam and Danny, but viewers chose Kris. I thought originally that Allison should have been in the final two with Adam but the viewers didn’t keep her in either. All I can say is that Adam better win the finale since Kris’s fans seem to think cuteness is the main thing. Kris is talented and will do fine after American Idol is over with, but Adam deserves to really win the title.

American Idol is down to their final four. It is up in the air on who will win. My prediction is still with Adam who has been the front runner the entire show. He has been able to showcase himself in a different light than the rest of the contestants. He has had experience in stage shows in musicals so he should be more polished than the rest. However, the remaining three are great in their own right. Allison and Danny are able to pull off some the most powerful notes and Chris continues to be the musician slash singer. At this point it is really whoever has the most fans and I think it will be between Danny and Adam in the finale.

Dancing with the stars has come down to its final five. Ty will probably go home tomorrow leaving lil’ kim, Gilles, Shawn, and Melissa. Gilles will probably win, but Shawn could take the title too. I think Melissa is good but they give her too much credit when she isn’t as good as they claim. Just like last season with Brooke, she constantly got the praise but I don’t think she was the best all around dancer. I hope it will between Gilles and Shawn. Then I don’t care who wins since they are both great.

Once again Adam rocked it out on American Idol. He performed his unique version of “Born to be Wild.” For some reason they decided to have Quinten Tarrantino on critiquing the singers. He knows nothing about music and is simply a director. The guy is crazy anyway so it is entertaining to see him on this kind of program. The only problem is he really thinks he knows what he is talking about. The advice he gave Danny about stopping himself from moving his hands so much didn’t work and the telling Anoop to use emphasis on certain key melodies in his song didn’t work either. Both of them did as they wanted or felt more comfortable with.

Allison did a powerhouse rendition of Aerosmith’s song “I Don’t want to miss a thing.” She was praised for her work as was Adam, but everyone else lagged. Poor Lil Rounds seems to have faltered once again singing “The Rose” but she did try to turn it into something with a more r&b feel to it. She did sing it well, but for some reason she still can’t grab it as her own. Simon made a comment that he lost respect for her artistry and she spoke out how she felt claiming that she did her best with the song and added her flavor to it. And she did do that. I don’t think she should go home though. Matt Giraudi should go home this week based on his poor rendition of a Bryan Adams song. He has been up and down as much as Lil’ has if not more. So, he should go home before she does. Anoop is barely hanging in there and will probably go home within the next three weeks.

The bottom three should include Matt, Lil’ Rounds, and Anoop with Matt going home. Chris did an ok job this week but the girls will keep him in this week and Danny isn’t going anywhere. After Scott was sent home last week many felt that the judges should have used the save on him, however, Simon was right. He said that there were other singers that they were concerned about and would rather use the save on them in case something odd happens and they get voted off such as Allison or Adam. I don’t see them using it on anyone else and it is very likely that if the judges don’t use it by the time they come down to the final four that they will use to see what happens. Final four should be Chris, Allison, Adam, and Danny at this point.

Dancing with the Stars showed off the skills of a few and lack of skills by most. Shawn Johnson came out ahead in my opinion but the judges gave top numbers to Lil’ Kim. The judges praised the rappers jive, but I thought it was a mess. She got messed up two different times as her partner kept on beat, but surprisingly Lil Kim was unable to stay on beat. Len, the head judge felt the performance was too theatrical and didn’t have enough jive steps in it the dance. He was right but nobody mentioned how many steps the rapper missed.

My favorite dancer Gilles Marini didn’t do as well tonight since he kept looking for a role to play rather than just dancing. He was nervous and really tried to keep going fast like the dance requires but at times he went too fast. Gilles is amazing to watch and no doubt deserves high praise since no other dancer that danced the jive was able to keep the fast pace that Gilles kept. He actually reminded me a lot Hugh Jackman performing on the Oscars.

Julianne and her boyfriend Chuck danced slow and sleezy. Two of the judges said they were great while the one judge said it had too much raunchiness in it. I agree. I don’t know what the hell Julianne was wearing but it didn’t work in her favor. She looked like a cheap hooker with the laced thigh high stockings. She could have done better than this. One of the judges comments were that some of the moves could have been saved for the bedroom. It wasn’t the moves so much as it was Juliannes attire that led to that comment.

Lawrence Taylor came back to his usual upbeat self. A visit from last season’s competitor Warren Sapp generated his good humor once again and was funny to watch the two of them clown around together. Ty and Steve-O should be in the bottom two this week. Either one could go home due to lack of skill. Melissa did alright, but the judges praised her a little too much I felt. She wasn’t as great as they claimed and it wasn’t her best dance.

I cannot believe that Rock of Love Bus has come to an end. Actually, I can. But what I cannot believe is who he Bret Michaels chose in the end. Then again, no I am not too surprised. I am surprised to see how lame the finale was. After months of watching the rock of love bus and anticipating which girl is going to get their ass kicked and then the show is over. After Brett’s two past girlfriends told him he would be better off with Mindy, he chose to go with Taya. He is going to wonder why his relationship with Taya doesn’t work in a couple months from now, but the funny thing is Bret anticipates that he will too. This became evident in the words he said to Taya in the last show.

As usual Bret took the final two girls out on a separate date. He chose to take Taya last which is always an indication that he is feeling the second one more. For example, in the previous season Bret chose Daisy first and she lost. He already knows who he is going to choose but he also knows it won’t last. After saying a pathetic goodbye to Mindy, drama queen Taya slowly walked over to Bret batting her teary eyes. She has become so dramatic during these eliminations that she reminds of the actress in Sunset Blvd Gloria Swanson. Her eyes bat with her fake lashes getting in the way of her dramatic entrance and exit. She has definitely become annoying. Like Mindy explained on her exit interview that Bret will become very aggravated and annoyed with Taya as the months go on and he will stop seeing her. Bret already knows this since he told Taya that he has the ring she chose but he is going to hold onto it until he sees where the relationship goes. He said 99 percent of him loves her and 1 percent is suspicious of her intentions. Lets see, she wears the penthouse t-shirt in every interview excerpts that they have between scenes and she was always talking about her penthouse career. Then she knows how to work a stripper pole and she loves taking her clothes off, but and this is a big one, she didn’t want to sleep with Bret on their last date since she wanted to save herself for him. HUH? Even Mindy who did sleep with Bret on her last date with him admitted spoke how she felt about Taya and she was supposed to be friends with this girl. She didn’t understand how a girl can take her clothes off in a magazine and in clubs and claim she is not that kind of girl. Bret is an idiot, but I guess that’s why he is still single!

The girl he chose in the last season was probably his best chance of ever making a relationship working. She was smart, emotionally strong, attractive, and she wasn’t as skanky as all of the girls on these shows. I just can’t remember her name, but I know that if his relationship with this girl didn’t work then Bret is not going to find any girl to marry.

Here is another thing to think about. Does Bret even have a type of girl that he is attracted to other than silliconed girls? Looking back at all of the girls he made out with over the three seasons, he didn’t have a particular type of girl that he felt more attracted to. This is a bad indication when someone is looking for that special person to spend the rest of their life with. Why? Each person has a particular type of person they are attracted to. They will all have similarities physically and personally. If a person goes with all types of people and say they are in a relationship with different kinds of men or women that serve no similar traits with each other then this shows that the person choosing these people does not know what they really want.
