Dan wins Big Brother 10. He played the game the best and his fellow housemates rewarded him for it by voting unanimously for him. He won $500,000 while Memphis who got second won $50,000. Keesha won the third prize of $25,000 as America’s favorite jury member. Surprisingly Jerry ran a close second for the third place prize. He aggravated me a lot throughout the show so I wouldn’t have given it to him. If it wasn’t Keesha who got it should have been Renny.

At the end of the show Dan and Memphis came out of the house. A very odd looking girl went up to hug Dan preventing him from shaking hands with the people cheering him on. She looked like a burned barbie. Then I realized she is the infamous “monica” that Dan kept talking about. He didn’t seem too thrilled to see her though. But I couldn’t believe this raggedy girl was the person he kept talking about throughout the season. Anyway, he seemed very happy to see his parents.

For some reason I always feel let down by the finale on Big Brother. I can’t seem to put my finger on it, but something is missing. After announcing the winner no one gets talked to and pretty much the Julie Chin says to the camera that this is big brother and goodnight. What a let down. Maybe I’m the only one that feels this way but I really expect more of a show since they did spend almost three months trying to determine a winner to only be quickly announced, have a clump of silver confetti thrown up in the air, and then the third place winner announced. End of show. I am surprised they didn’t spend more time with the four contestants that were voted off early and weren’t able to be a part of the jury. I’m pleased Dan won, but I just expected more to the show.
